If it fluctuates off 90 your main is gone, once its there it shouldn't move.
If it also takes ages to get there/warm up then your inline stats (actually referred to as regulators) are shot too.
I've replaced both (at separate times) and it was only doing both that fixed all the issues.

How much are people paying for the thermostats to be changed as I heard the main one is abit crap to get too??

Got ours done under approved used warranty, but I think it was north of 200 quid mark iirc. I think its about a 4 hour job!

Wow didn't know thermostats cost so much now days :confused: oh well if needs must

Mine has approved warranty too and the main stat seems to have gone. Best get it booked in eh.
