Yeap. I only drove around 1000 km since I bought it. :sad1:

It's all for the higher purpose of having it in top shape before I get it tuned. I wasn't expecting that it would take so much time but I prefer to have all done properly, than done in a rush or by someone not as careful as this mechanic is.

He can only work on it in his off hours and he was 2 weeks on holidays as well. It shouldn't take much more time, I think. :smiley:

Don't know how I havnt come across your build thread before but I'll definately be following it. Lots of great mods done right. The brakes look massive! Make the standard 312mm look tiny

The brakes are really massive. Holding a caliper in my hands was awesome, such a big thing. :drool:
I have a friend who has them in his mk5 GTI APR Stage 3 with around 400 HP and he praises them and my mechanic liked them as well, not counting the easily available online feedback. I can't wait to have a go at them. :smiley:
