Well according to my vin its a MY07 (here's hoping the change you mentioned didn't happen midway through the model production and I'm left with a 50/50 chance). However thanks for the link aside from the first few pages of pure confusion I think it may end up being very helpful.
Now to find that piece...I guess like you said I might as well live with it and accept the automatic recirc light option haha

If it's a MY2007 it should be the new version. The automatic only activates if you press twice the button in a short time. If you press once and let the recirc activate, when you press again the recirc deactivates, so it's just like the mk5 climatronic panel. :smiley:
