Mk5 Golf Bluemotion rear axle cover (1K0501713C; 1K0501682; N90548305; N90183802)

Bluemotion rear axle lining (1K0825206A & 1K0501713D

and did this lpfp fit ok in the housing?

265 LPH DW65v

On this car only the rear axle cover fits (1K0501713C; 1K0501682; N90548305; N90183802). The other cover doesn't fit because there's an exhaust box there.

The DW65v only fits on the basket that can be opened, so you can replace the factory pump with the upgraded one.

I've read the DW65 doesn't fit in the later LPFPs with no lid.  Are you running that with the OEM controller?  Any surging problems with a low fuel level?

I ordered an used pump that can be opened. I've shared the part number (1K0919051AE) on the post where I talked about fitting the DW65v. I'm running the OEM controller with a tweak on the tune to limit the pump's duty cycle and requested pressure. I can run with 15 L in the fuel tank. With less I've not pushed the car.

So what has happened since my last post...

I've clocked some times using Dragy GPS: 0-100 km/h; 0-1/4 mile; 100-200 km/h; 100-0 km/h

Later I decided to fit wider front arches from SRS-Tec and have the car resprayed. I also replaced the Continental SC5 for Michelin PSS on my OZ Ultras. I was waiting for the new rear lettering to arrive when I took these pictures:

Went to watch the March track day at Estoril. I've booked one session next month.
