Candy White Golf GTI Ed. 30 - 8th track day at Estoril

New upgrade fitted! I've been wanting to get this pulley since I've known its existence. :jumping: Got it from AKS Tuning with a new set of R8 coil packs to help the shipping costs.
Can't really notice any difference while driving around town but I’ve driven faster and the engine revs smoother. Not sure if it sounds a bit different, could just be that I’m looking for any change... 😅 Well, it has a TTE420 fitted with stock internals, so I hope this helps with the reliability of the engine. :innocent:

Very good acceleration times :happy2:
Yeah, I wasn't convinced the Fluidampr would be very noticeable and you've confirmed it

Went to do a few laps around Estoril's circuit last Wednesday. Always fun to push the car to its limits and this time mostly with friends on track, since we booked almost all of the slots available on that session.
The AD08R tyres behaved really well. I could brake later and turn with a bit more confidence than with the Federal. :driver:
The new IC also performed well, so it was money well spent. So far I've never seen it reach +10ºC above ambient temperature at WOT.
I've booked to return there next month.

12.84 for the 1/4 mile is an awesome time for a FWD car (al least in my book).
The car is looking great, as always! :drinking:

Cheers rex! :drinking:
I hope I can improve that time in the future with more practice since I'm getting too much wheel spin at the start. :ashamed:
