Spent all my savings buying this golf last year for £6850 and then selling the tt 8 months later for £1900 plus a further £900 on mods. but that's all gone as London isn't a cheap place to live and neither was keeping two cars as the new manager the pri** got up all to get our second cars off the site :mad:
I started tinkering with mods on the golf and now hopefully I can carry on and save for an exhaust decat remap and front bumper like yours lol lights done CC done now the power side and maybe even the ed30 ends :signLOL:

Very true on the gti and modify part as the R32 isn't very tunable and costly when done so. A few tt Vr6 owners have turbo'd their cars so that must be fast but I prefer the turbo myself.

Probably depends on whether you're a technician or other but my old place suck hard and the three other ford's I've worked at in bham. only one treated me well and the manager was is a west indian fella good person with a good heart and doesn't treat staff like crap either.

Some employers ask for wage slips to confirm you earnt what you say you did. There is not legal recruitment for it, and tbh they should pay you what you are worth to them, irrespective of that you said you earnt before. Don't worry about it, can you provide them ? Is it sales job ?, maybe they want to check you hit your targets/commission ?

As long as they dont think you were taking the mickey or anything (and they seem to really like you, so unlikely), then that should all be fine. I'd personally try and speak to them myself and explain. Again, they liked you when you met them, so i'd expect them to be sympathetic.I wasn't lying about anything as they never ask me. The after sales manager was so sweet she even mentioned some hinges about my last employer which made me chuckle so hoping it's all good as I'd hate to be called a liar when I've said nothing to disappoint her. We discussed my last employer and how I was treated there and she was simpethetic and said I bet you'll be glad when you're out of there and I replied will be glad to see the back of that place for sure. She's okay but obviously if you p around she'll be on you like a ton of bricks. Keeley also mention that they're a family at this company so if anyone doesn't help you when and if you ask they'll have her to deal with so that sounds very promising and I feel reassured that I'll be fine there. touch wood the guys are friendly and not a bunch of wa***** like most of he other dealerships I've worked at as I'm very friendly and will be friend anyone as long ad they don't have other motives or bad intentions. :smiley:

The other isn't too bad front lower engine and then there's the other ford's that require a C spanner to get at and they are hidden further into the front right of the engine and some of them have the Alternator wire in the way :stupid: ideas from ford as per usual.
