Title: Hockenheim Tuner GP - 2012
Post by: SteveP on May 27, 2012, 08:22:40 pm
Thought I would share some pics from the Hockenhein Tuner Grand Prix, I went over as part of the team supporting the Milltek GTR Time Attack Car  :driver:

A big car needs a big trailer so the journey with traffic took nearly 15 hours  :indifferent:

And the car in the garage

Probably GT3RS calipers over RS4 rotors with Phaeton bells.

996.351.431 & 432 if you fancy a pair of eBay! They're the same as the PCCB ones just red.....got ceramic piston tops too..

Very different from the cayenne caliper half the weight, radial mount HUGE pad

As fitted here to a Mk4 R32 by yours truly for a nutter that V6'd and 4mo'd and supercharged a 1.4S LHD Mk4!

....But with that spec would be an even bigger nutter if he hadn't substantially modded his brakes!

Surprisingly good - best ones to get though are Carrera GT Rears - only ever had one set in my hand as you would imagine they dont come up on the bay very often piston sizes 28/32/36

And phaeton bells....from the ceramics?

Are vag bells available on they're own....can only see entire disc on Etka.

What are the pistons in the gt3 6 pot?

Thanks
