i wouldn't say the smoke is excessive mate, but the only things that could cause it is turbo seals / piston rings / valve stem oil seals. as it's blue/grey smoke, if it were black smoke i'd say don't worry at all as most remapped tuned cars have it from running rich.

Have you checked the basics first...... diverter valve etc.. common causes of power loss.

I compared it to a couple others and there is hardly any smoke at all seriously hoping in nothing that serious!

Coil packs and injectors could be the cause of misfires.

Are you near anyone that could go out and log boost/fuel and such with you:

I had the same issue, only on the day of having it taken off did they admit it was the map  :fighting:

Are you not logging with VCDS? Just use APR's website so you know which blocks to log

 Dont be silly, I wont get any money back. They were more than happy to charge to troubleshoot the issue, charge for replacing parts that never resolved the issue. Say things then never do as they say. Any who they have permanently lost my business

Oh...I have never used their dongle? does it not produce graphs?

Is it the revised version of dv+? I'd be tempted to stick oem RevG back in just to compare

Would split pipes in the air intake system (i.e. intercooler hoses) cause issues such as this also?

And as for the blue smoke, would that be because of the PCV delete?

i suppose a boost leak could but it seams to hold boost well. smoke looks more black than blue which is why im leaning towards a fueling issue.
