I did do a search ... honest  :ashamed:
but I haven't seen a answer, is there a reason why there is no members location box to fill in on your profile?
I appreciate that some people do not want to advertise exactly where their car is kept at night, but in that case they can be pretty vague by just putting in just their county.

It's a real PITA when looking at adverts and VCDS help requests to see where members are ... as quite a few don't include it in the thread leaving everyone guessing.

I asked about something similar a few years back. Shot down as either no one interested or didn't want to tell everyone their locations. Even suggested counties but that was still a no-go.

I think the nearest thing that we have is the Location Option in Members Profiles.

It is a pain not knowing where anyone is!

Surely it would be optional... so up to each user if they want to publish their info or not?

Yep, if you want to fill this in then it will be visible to anyone who clicks on your profile  :happy2:
