Creaking

My cars started creaking and can i hell find where its coming from!!
It sound if its from the rear axle area?? Has anyone had this from there MKV??

What suspension mods (if any) have you had done?

Aftermarket ARB's can creak if you don't grease them correctly.

Also the top mounts on coilovers can creak.

My cars fitted with AP coilovers. The creaking does sound like a ARB bush,! How would i grease them?
