DA polish and pad combo
« on: December 27, 2015, 12:15:55 pm »
Merry Christmas...

Just curious what combinations people use on there mk5 with a DA polisher.
I've recently changed from a mk3 to a mk5 and my meguires microfiber kit doesn't touch the paint!

It's needs a good cut and then a nice finishing polish

Any suggestions would be great.

Thanks

I use the Rupes Bigfoot DA and with the Rupes compounds and Flexipads/Lake Country MF pads they have no problem cutting through any paint.

You need to make sure the pad is covered in polish fully. Have a look at 13minutes in and see how much he puts on
