1K0 959 701 N / 793 K SW1213 – Mirror folding via remote key

Hi,

I’m trying to enable automatic mirror folding via the remote key on my Golf Plus.

My driver door module is:

1K0 959 701 N
HW: 1K0 959 793 K
HW006 / SW1213

Passenger side is the matching:

1K0 959 792 K

The mirrors are electrically folding and work normally from the mirror switch.

I already tried the common Gen3 EEPROM modifications and the VCP OCF procedure for remote mirror folding, but nothing happens on my SW1213.

From what I found, the 793K/792K modules can support fold-on-key, but the K version seems to require a different EEPROM modification than the later P/R/T modules.

Has anyone successfully enabled this specifically on:

1K0 959 701 N / 793 K / HW006 / SW1213

I’m mainly looking for:

exact EEPROM addresses and values
a before/after EEPROM dump
a known compatible firmware version
or the correct VCP / ODIS-E procedure for this K version

I have the full EEPROM dump from my SW1213 and can share it.

Not sure if this is of any help but I've heard that you need mk6 modules to get folding via remote. Mk5 are limited to the button only. Maybe you can get a mk6 module and dig through that to see if you can recode yours to work like that?
