it's pretty redundant since they brought in drs, which seems to be working more... I wonder if this was KERS related how it will affect Williams links with porsche who bought into the technology...?

I wouldn't say KERS was redundant. Many times you can see a driver using KERS to fend off a car that is using both DRS/KERS.

Come on Robin theres always the potential dont get all elf and safety on us. Are you gonna ban fuel aswell as that is highly flammable

....My understanding is that KERS has so far been a greater risk and an ignition is more difficult to prevent than with fuel systems.

I think this incident is either going get KERS banned or a total rethink about how it is incorporated.
