LOL... APS in brackley only just managed to get 300bhp, and that was with cams, cats, full exhaust, intake, flowed head, remap...

AMD could get 300Hp from an standard R32 at their rollers lol.

For some reason, despite the fact i know it will be alot slower than what i have, i want an r32

Add the cams, intake, exhaust and remap; expensive for only a 20-30hp gain, but still, 280hp of NA power with loads of traction and that noise

I've read a fair amount about guys throttles maps being ruined after a remap on their R32's, which to me means the tuners are making the throttle map more aggressive to make it feel like the car is faster than what it is, kinda the reverse of the linear throttle map i guess.

APS seem to be a popular place. they have a 300r package but openly admit its more like 270-280hp lol

....Lock Captain Sensible in the garden shed, Sy! You want one because you are a true enthusiast and enjoy the exhaust music of a V6 (also a V8 and V12).  :happy2:

I went to a speed hillclimb (third time this month) yesterday and was talking to some folks I met there and we all agreed that if quiet electric/hybrid cars ever took over from petrol (Heaven forbid!), motorsport events would be much less enjoyable to go to. It's what Sticky Vicky once said at Goodwood's FoS about a car she drove up their so-called 'hillclimb': It's very fast, but extremely lacking in sound. Very disappointing and thumbs down.

Think that was just an accurate day, as we all made normal figures that day.  Ive used them plenty of times and made way more  :driver:
