Got my PPC GB rear valance on today, pretty happy with it, even if it did take months to arrive. Bodyshop did a brilliant job too.

Think it looks so much better than the crappy textured plastic.

Ordered discs, pads and fitting kit from AKS Tuning also this week, so as soon as that package arrives, the brakes are going on.

@vw55raz It took so long due to "supplier issues" I ordered the part in Feb when I had a bump in my car, thanks to an inexperienced driver, to get fitted when the top part of the bumper was being repaired. The PPC GB website had them listed as in stock but after a week l had received nothing, no emails, no valance. After a few phone calls I eventually spoke to the boss who blamed the supplier in Germany. Was a bit peed off to be honest, but its on the car now and looking good. One thing to note is that because of the flaring at the bottom of the valance, the arch liners dont fit perfectly. Not sure if the R32 arch liners are differently shaped to accommodate this?

I like this rear valance, it's a good alternative to the Ed. 30's. :smiley:

I fitted one of these: http://www.ebay.com/itm/261346495307 and the arch liners fitted well with GTI arch liners. I didn't check but I think they're the same as the R32.

Just ordered some Team Dynamics 1.2 in anthracite without the TD branding around the edge. Looking forward to getting them fitted along with my new brakes.

Got my wheels fitted today. Think they look fantastic, especially when compared to my crappy old Monzas.

Spent the morning cleaning up some power folding mirrors with puddle lights.



Looks like they have auto-dimming glass too, which is nice!



Will hopefully get these fitted over the weekend.

Afraid theyve already gone. They were reps as it turns out and kerbed/white wormed really badly. The guy who fitted my tyres offered me the right money for them yesterday.

FINALLY got my TTRS brakes fitted today.

Brembo TTRS Calipers
Mintex M1144 Pads
TTS 340mm Discs
Vagbremtechnics Brackets
HEL Braided Brake Lines

Thanks to @DaveB@Vagbremtechnic and @vRSAlex for supplying the fitting kit. Have only covered about 20 miles on them so far so cant comment on the performance too much, but they certainly stop the car! Had some squealing from the drivers side, but a few aggressive stop/starts seem to have fixed this.







And a crappy before and after effort l made.



Love the way they look, and lm sure l will be impressed with the stopping power once lve had a proper go on them.
