Tyre Size on 18x8 Wheel et35

Just bought some new wheels, which are 18x8 et35.

Having a read through the tyre/wheel fitment guide I assume these will fit ok with a bit of stretch on the tyre (Im quite low/static).

Question is will a 215/35 give me enough stretch? Or should I go 205? Ideally I want as little stretch as possible?

8 inch is a crap size for stretching
205/40.
