Bedding in new OEM pads and rotors.
« on: May 06, 2015, 05:32:11 pm »
What is the correct way of going about bedding in new OEM pads and rotors?

I've just had both the front and rear replaced by Volkswagen and I've read numerous methods but they all seem to be different.

The general consensus for non 'performance' brakes looks like taking it gently for the first few hundred miles.

Keen to hear your views.
