Which ecs insert?

Took a pic of bush on my car but still not 100% which one I need
Maybe it's cos I took the pic at a bad angle or maybe it's cos I have a cabbage for a brain or maybe it's both!

To me that looks like the earlier model like mine, is yours a pre 2008 car?
