Help needed for new Mk5 GTI owner
r5gtt:
Replaced the plugs with BKR7EIX Iridium plugs and idle has stabled with zero fluctuation.
Also fitted this Neuspeed P-flo and Ramair filter back on to see if there was any difference and yet again found that way too much air is sucking in and I'm losing boost  also tried a different cone filter and that was a little better but still losing boost.
My old plugs.
TAPPY:
My gti judders also on idle hot or cold, I have changed the plugs, pcv, cam follower, fuel filter but it still does it. I run it on v-power or bp ultimate if there's no shell near by my next option will be to clean the intake valves.

:surprised: that's terrible dude,
I must have got lucky.
What mileage you on?.
Have you tried the petrol injector one shot treatments?.
M
TAPPY:
I'm on 94k buddy I haven't tried any treatments like that might be worth a go as I have tried pretty much everything else. I have even had my mate at audi plug it into there system and he couldn't find anything wrong that's when he said try changing the fuel filter I case it has some s#*t in there.
r5gtt:
24k more than me. I'd give it a try as it's cheap and may well help clean that coking up or reduce it.
I've read the full thread you posted and it could well be the injectors. Are you mapped?.
