It was another couple of white wires in the bloody left hand rubber conduit!  I've had enough of this crap and I ain't soldering any more.

Car's going to my Indy in a few weeks for brake fluid change, I'll just get him to sort this too.  Eventually all of those pesky wires will snap for everyone who has a MK5 Golf.  There is no escape!

I did tell you re wires  :signLOL:

I'm sure it'll be better to buy that side loom and replace it then no worries for another 5 years.

Much easier to remove it... Haven't had one for 6yrs... no issues with it not working :p
