Welcome along!

Looks like a lovely car.

Any plans for modifications down the line?

No mods planned as yet. I'm a bit into keeping cars original. Only things I am tempted by are red gti badges and maybe upping the bhp via remap and maybe a miltek exhaust

You sold a 911 for a Golf?! There must be something else tasty as well?

So things done so far
Oil service. Vw garage remarked how good nick car is in
Yrs mot advisory on discs
Seat inserts
Swapped rubber golf mats for genuine gti carpet mats. Had to swap round and oval connectors between them
Changed front and rear gti badges to red
Updated sat nav to 2007 software and 2016 maps
New rear wiper blade
Added paddle extenders
Replaced missing battery cover
Rear parking sensors vw garage says 3 need replacing and quoted me £600! So I need to find a solution to that
