Delayed flight compensation

Last year, on our way out to Toronto, flying with Air Transat our flight was delayed by 4.5 hours from Heathrow. To be honest i hadn't given a thought to claiming compensation, however if there is a chance i will give it a shot.

@Degudodger At 600 Euros per person it is worth sending them the letter. I went onto Norwegian Airlines "Delayed Flight Compensation" page, totally ignored all their standard questions that they try to get you to answer, and typed the template letter into the "Other Comments" section at the end. It worked a treat!!

As you say Tromso is an amazing place and we will definitely revisit it one day.
