An area for Mk5 problem solving....
« on: October 31, 2008, 09:38:23 pm »
....

I was going to suggest this in the "Technical" area but it's locked.

I'm thinking that it would benefit this site and its visitors/members if we (sorry!) you built up a section which became an extremely useful resource for solving problems specific to the Mk5. The hope is to attract more visitors and grow the site (assuming that's what's wanted).

For example, the different steps to take in finding a turbo leak. Or what different experiences owners have had in successfully solving a problem - A complete reboot if your DSG freezes etc etc. Which trees are best for ripping branches off and beating up your car with....and so on.

How about extending the Hot to section to include this or making it a child board of it??

....Definitely. They are very related subjects which would be attracting the same kind of interest.

It would be great if this site could become well known for being THE best resource for Mk5 anything! More than just a chat or discussion forum.
