wiring kit for towbar

So I have bought a Westfalia towbar for the GTI. Trying to work out if the vehicle specific wiring kits are worth the extra cost over a generic kit?
Specific kit circa £100 or generic £40.
I'll be paying someone to fit whichever kit.
Believe that it will need coding after for the parking sensors.
Any advice or links would be a great help thanks.
