Weighted gear knob options?

Can anyone point to a decent weighted gear knob, that looks decent, doesn’t cost the earth, and fits a VW gear shaft?

Black Forest Industries do a good range but they cost a fortune.

The Forge one is a better price but it’s the size of the moon.

I’m looking for ways to add resistance or a weighted feel to the almost tension free slopfest that is the Mk5 gear change. Any other suggestions most welcome!

I'd be interested in this.

Was going to fit the forge motorsport short shift until i realised you had to buy 2 separate items plus different bushes etc etc and ended up being £300+ mod.

Storm Motorworx I believe do weighted knobs. I had a stainless steel one when I had my BMW's and they were great. Not cheap but wore very well (£80 I believe)
