I had my Ed30 serviced by them today.  I also had it put onto the Time/Distance servicing regime.

They did the 10K inspection for just over £100, and I am really pleased with their service, had a courtesy car too.

Nice touch was the 1ltr bottle of Mobil 1 left in the boot, and the remnants of the screen wash.

Maintenance Manager is Mike Cheffey and the Service Manager is Ruth Packer.  Mechanic today was Tim, and they did a cracking job, no damage, and didn't wash the car.  I didnt want them to.

Loder's Yeovil gets my vote.

A brief sitrep,

Car feels so much better, and the squeaking seat base has gone, so i am happy now.  They also replaced the rain/lights sensor, and the lights dont't come on in broad daylight now.

Great service, i know that RR uses the dorchester dealership.

Yep, Loders VW Dorchester gets my vote. Same company but I don't know anyone at the Yeovil 'branch'.

had a few issues with them .

and always found them to be looking down there nose at me . bunch of chimps .
