Steering Control Module

Hey Interlagos Plaid Family,

o7' GTI, I have a case to solve with the STEERING COLUMN. The turn signal stock, wiper stock, horn, and STEERING WHEEL BUTTONS do not work. It started with the turn signal stock not working intermittently, then everything listed above stopped working. About 6+ months prior, I replaced the ignition lock due to the key sticking (all above items were working).

I'm thinking it is the STEERING CONTROL MODULE but not sure that effects the the turn signal stock and wipers?

did you cure this issue afterwards?   i just replaced / repaired my ignition barrel removing broken foreign bodies and now my wipers have stopped working.  i can hear the relay when i pull back on the stork for washer jet but no motor noise and the rear wiper still works but no from screen wipers at all,  i did have to re fit it several times to get the indicators to start working again too that was defo a bad connection to the control module
