VW MK5 2009 model with a BWA engine petrol and its automatic

i have a vw 2009 model it has a BWA engine which is a 2 litre petrol and the vehicle its automatic. its VIN is wvwzzz1kz9m307742. the car has a problem of fan the fan isnt kicking in in time and also its very slow kicking even when it kicks in very slow power and then stops. kicks in again then stops. am suspecting the fuses are rearranged badly and i have tried to go everywhere i cant find the exact fuse diagram i cant find it i need your help if someone can have the diagram of the fuses how they should be. i think my mech rearranged them and there is trouble now because its over heating. one other problem, when you turn it on after a few minutes without stepping on the brakes you can see the green light for brakes blinking and you can hear a sound in the gear box as if something is happening . the abs light is on when i insert the machine to look at the codes it says abs isnt communicating . so i dont know whether the pump might be faulty . so the car speeddometer when the abs is on doesnt calibrate what speed am in but it comes and goes when its not there the car speedometer is fine. please assist me with the fuse box diagram i have attached a photo of my fuse box[/img]

I've had similar issues with my fan and it was the fan itself along with the control module attached to it. My advice is to get the whole fan assembly replaced. Get a new one, not a used one. It's only a matter of time before they fail.
