Hard start when warm

2009 GTI 2.0T tsi 6speed manual
I’ve been having a hard start issue and it’s kinda got me stumped. Only hard starts after it’s been ran that day and other than tha runs and drives great. First start in the morning starts instantly, if I turn it off and turn it right back on starts instantly only when it’s sat a few minutes it hard stays. I replace LPFP and fuel filter because that’s what my research said but no help so i decided to check my fuel rail pressure, sitting at idle it’s about 500 psi runs like a champ but when I turn it off and it sits the pressure just steadily increases by a couple hundred psi so figuring that out I watched the pressure when starting and only when it turned over a few times and got back down to 500 psi it would start this is where I’m stumped on where to move forward
