based on the feedback from others and given their TSFI experience i popped the roc down to JKM given Stage 2 and standard plugs didn't seem to mix to well given they'd done over 30k and the 2nd service hadn't improved things and there aren't too many of us with TSI Stage 2 code at the moment

great guys to deal with given some initial contact with Keith, managed to squeeze me in at a couple of days notice

after some Irudiums, logging and gap closing the car is transformed

so cheers JKM and thanks to others who have sung their praises  :drinking:

In reality I haven't had the need to, others are capable closer to home but in reality JKM gave me more confidence

....Yep, I think JKM's strength is in their very detailed knowledge of the 2.0T FSI (TFSI etc) engine plus having a rolling road.

Plus Jim's sis Kate is second to none in customer service. It's a family business and everyone cares.
