Latest RR sesh. Wanted to see what changing the timing from 3 to 5 has done. Extra 8 bhp and 18 lb/ft is the answer. Revo stage 1 running B6T5F5

330bhp for Stage 1, on DD rollers?!?!   :surprised: be good to see it on JKM's set up to see what difference there is mate..

Why did you have it running T3 by the way?   Are there any other supporting mods (hardware)? Seem to remember you having a Twintercooler, or am I going mad?  :stupid: :rolleye:

Going to JKM in October so will be very interested to see what it does there for comparison.

Ran on T3 to save the OE clutch. Had it changed 2 months ago so have upped the timing to see what it can do.

FP duty cycle at 91% now but it's running great so will leave it alone (for now)  :happy2:

No you're not going mad - it just doesn't have the DP and HPFP needed for S2+

Couldn't beat this monster tho! 661 bhp through the rear wheels!

VXR8 Bathurst S Edition. 6.2 litres of LS2 V8 power with a Supercharger bolted to it!

It has more power than my R at only 3200 rpm! Takes the biscuit that does  :signLOL:

Over 500 lb/ft from 2700 rpm thru to 6700 rpm   :surprised:

It was seriously loud too on arrival - till he pushed the black button to shut the silencer bypass valves  :signLOL:

He said it went sideways on him recently in 5th when he mashed the throttle a little

Had the Edition 30 mapped at PDT/Sedox performance in Sunderland and was very happy with the customer service and the results that came with it. Spent about 3 hours there talking to the lads whilst car was getting done, trying to get more info about what remapping is all about. couldnt be more helpfull and reassured me that if I had any issues/problems then they would be more than happy to help.
Custom stage 1 remap.
No modifications just standard Edition 30

Cheers lads
EDITION 30 GONE, MK6 R GONE........AUDI 8V S3.....Stock for now

If you are heading down there hoping for 310bhp on JKM's rollers you are going too have a your lip out on the way home mate.. You will do very well to make over 300bhp there unless Stage 2+..

Suppose it depends what Stage 2 we are talking about. Stage 2 could be all bolt ons (pump, intake, TBE the lot), or just be a sports cat + software..

Either way, you don't see many make high figures on the 'Heart Breaker'..

....I prefer to think of JKM as being towards realistic rather than a heart breaker. I would far rather that than see the absolutely ridiculous numbers which Superchips have been known for, for example.

Hehe I guess we will just have to see what it does at JKM in October.

Running B9 T5 F7 now so not same settings as the 330 run...but I'd expect it to show similar at JKM regardless.

Will go to my usual DD place anyway at some point just to get a proper comparison.  :happy2:

....And really that's the only way (regarding rolling-roads) to meaningfully monitor and maintain a car's good health performance-wise IMO.
