I think I managed to get mine off with claying.

JPC:
You can go straight to claying but if there is a lot of foam, it will just jam into the clay

Don't think I had any problems with huge amounts of foam.

JPC:
All I'm saying is, if there's still foam on the adhesive, don't start with clay  lol
