I was told plugs were 60k? (admittedly by VW garage)

They are getting done ASAP as well as a service :-)

Hmm is it the air filter at 40k then??

But thought my plugs service is the big one at 40k miles, just when my SMT deal has finished !

....NOT on a tuned car! Fresh plugs every 20k is my advice.

Yes, as you've mentioned before robin ;-)

Only had it mapped a few thousand miles, but the cars done 38k so they will be getting done. Let's hope that sorts it! If not I'll get the remap removed, I can't be bothered with fault finding on a car that I need to be 100% reliable.

I've never had a set of plugs longer that 10-12k. For the price of a set its just not worth leaving them in any longer  :happy2:

Booked in with Simon at VAGCO on Tuesday for a 40K service, oil, filters (except air filter) and SPARK PLUGS!! ;-)

Hopefully that should fix this hesitation/misfire issue.

(BDMalex... Sorry I couldn't book in with you in dec. I'm all over the place at the moment so just getting it done when I can cram it it)

I want to raise the car a little bit and sell if I can see the ally Cupra lower arms and fit TT ones.
