New bulbs in. Im amazed at how the output had reduced on the old bulbs. 


Old ones... really frosted up.



65 quid for two off the bay!

They the same as oem? I considered new xenon bulbs too

They are yes. OEM spec. The old ones look slightly different, but are the same "Osram Zenarc". Its a bumper off job really, unless you like struggling.

Had the bumper off a couple of times to swap from UK to LHD and back again. Bit of a nause.

They might be coming off for a very light tint so would do it then

Acquired a set of S3 front calipers to refurbish, finally get shot of these sh*tty things!

Gonna go for red foliatec (non crackle) ... i want something that if they get chipped etc they can be touched up easily at home on the drive.

I also like the look of the S3 calipers over the r32s.

Also in other news. The nology plug have gone in the bin, and replaced with NGK Iridium 7s

Some lovely progress Rich, cracking price on the bulbs, I remember my old Audi ones were like £150 retail each. You going S3 brakes all round then?

I was very nearly going to buy some of these

There is a potential issue with them due to them being zero resistance. Alex is gonna put something up about it soon. I wasnt going to change them, but he said he wanted to just incase. More info to follow.
