Dealer fit Parking Sensors
Soundlab:
I'm having a set of parking sensors fitted on Monday.
Contacted my mate at my local VW Dealers and he recommended another place just down the road (apparently VW get him to do a lot of this kind of work). He uses either a genuine VW kit or he has an alternative - which he said VW have been preferring to their own kit. So i'm having that one done.
Flush mounted sensors, colour coded, fully fitted for just shy of £260 inc. VAT.
Will post up once it's done.

Pitch3110 had a look at the factory fit ones on our pirelli (same bumper) and they are recessed like manu_r32's boot pic
since we've had them on both cars her reverse parking has improved no end, just need to get her some sensors to the wheels to stop her f#cking kerbing them now

Had my sensors done today. I've taken a few pictures - sorry about the quality, they were taken on my phone.
At the time of writing this, I'm very impressed with the kit.
