Wheel choice help!
« on: January 13, 2011, 11:53:52 pm »
Been offered a brand new set of Omanyt reps from a company for a very good price, got given this chart too choose from, I'm tempted to go 18's instead of 19's but what do I get? 35 or 45? Will these fit?

The chart -

SIZE   ET   HOLE   P.C.D
16X7.0   35   5   100~112
16X7.0   45   5   100~112
17X7.5   35   5   100~112
17X7.5   45   5   100~112
18x8.0   35   5   100~112
18x8.0   45   5   100~112
19X8.5   35   5   100~112
19X8.5   45   5   100~112

Hope someone can help! Thanks

How much are they? You can get them for £299 on ebay. I had the 18" ones on my car and the ET45 looks spot on.

There not from this country but work out at £168ish including UK delivery, I think it's the same place the eBay guys get there's from, still talking about getting 1 sample set sent over first.

Will let you all know :)

I'm not sure I'd put my trust in wheels that cost less than £40 each. The quality can't be great.

If they're made in China, I'd avoid them like AIDS.
Sideways yo!

But yet people rate the ebay ones at £300? Divide that by 4 is £75 a wheel, then postage per wheel plus a mark-up per wheel too.

From America ;)

Only seeing how it goes first, nothing is set in stone.

As in made in America or coming from America? Surely the postage is half the cost, making me even more wary.

I don't want to sound like I'm trying to alarm you, but tread carefully, yeah?
Sideways yo!

I'm not sure there would be too many people round here who would rate them tbh.
