Yes, it's very reassuring to know that the DSG box of tricks is looking after itself. I sometimes find that S-mode can be quite fun when negotiating big busy roundabouts with many junctions like in swinging Basingstoke (Ooops! never ever been there!) and Milton Keynes. There's a knack of popping from S through D to M gently but quick enough not to confuse the DSG brain.

You'll be wanting shift extensions soon!  :evilgrin:

Indeed. S is interesting. Does make it rev a little hard to the point when its not going any faster ive found though!

I already want shift extensions - Steve's carbon ones were nice. Have you got them in yours?
