Same as any car, simply removing them from the struts at the front and replacing them, the rear is even easier.

roadrunner in notts do them for around £120 last time i asked, if anyone else wants them maybe a discount can be gained?

im looking into some, was actually gonna purchase them last month but unexpected bill came up.

pre 04+ are all 50mm i think?? somone can confirm this im sure, my local dealer want £70 to confirm but im sure all gtis from 2004-2006 maybe the same?

Thats what I thought.  Not sure why some guys are quoting over £300 for supply and installation.
