Arb bushes. Which ones?

I looked on ebay to buy some front arb bushes but there are 3 different sizes and im proper confused. 24mm, 23.6 or 22.5mm bushes. Which do i need and whats the difference. :scared:

OEM on continental Europe GTIs:  23.6 x 3.5 mm

Replacing rubber bushings is a pain ..... . So I'd replace the complete ARB then.
Go for Sharan ARBs or adjustable aftermarket ARBs as Whiteline or H&R.
