Looking for a part number
« on: March 24, 2009, 09:01:30 pm »
Hi all,

Im looking for help as my garage cant find the bit I need!!!

Ive just bought an armrest (ebay) for my GTi.

Ive fitted it but am missing the small slip of plastic (or rubber?) which covers up the hole where the handbrake comes out of the armrest.

I have a hard plastic guiderail, but am missing the small slip of plastic or rubber which slides up and down whenever the handbrake is used. My dealer cant find a part number, can anyone help?

Also, on the same subject, the armrest had a cd changer built in to it, but this has gone and Im left with a big rectangluar hole where it would have been - is there a part to cover this hole? If not, Im sure I can fashion something from a bit of plastic or thin wood.

Any help appreciated,

Regards

Andy :happy2:
