I not sure that you have listed the correct part number for the "pin 13" wire.

000979225 (now superceded by 000979225E) has FEMALE connectors on both ends when what is required is a wire with one MALE and one FEMALE connector.

Do you, or anyone else, know what the correct VW part is ?

There is no VW part, the wire is part of the kit.

or you make your own

000 979 009E for steering control module

000 979 020E for W-Box

Wow dude... Kudos man. Was interested but this looks like a massive ball ache and quite expensive! Might wait a while and re decide if I need it haha

Is the forth picture in step 3 when you can swap stalks, providing you have the wire and correct module already? So there would be no need to remove the airbag? Thanks
