What is recommended torque for spark plugs?

About to fit some plugs but could someone confirm the recommended torque setting?

I've seen both 20nm and 25nm, anyone know which is correct?

On the box of the NGK irridiums it says hand tight then half to 2/3 of a turn more on a little diagram

18-21.6 lbs/ft or 25-30NM
