I had a 58 plate Toyota Auris SR180 2.2td. 180bhp 400nm it was a monster specially on front tyres. I bought a plug & play box & found the car became more driveable with more power where i wanted it. To try this out properly i had it fitted but didn't tell my partner i'd bought it & had it fitted. She said she almost crashed the car lol. Commenting on how much power it had. I then explained & got shouted at as i should have told her. However if i told her would her mind think its quicker because she knows theres a box fitted?? When really there's no difference. I think it also depends on the car some take to them some don't. As the Toyota had a Denso ecu which is ni on incrackable! That was my only option! A re-map would be so much better!!

ohh thanks, good to hear some feedback on the boxes. looks like a remap is the way to go
