235 40 18 tyre pressures
« on: January 09, 2012, 01:01:32 am »
Hi folks,

I've been given a cracking pair of Conti sport 3 tyres for my golf. As the title suggests they are 235mm wide. I know folk on here have used these slightly wider tyres on Monza 2's.

The question is will I have to alter the tyre pressure from that of the standard 225/40/18???

Cheers :)

Personally I would use the same pressure...
Without traction power is nothing!

Personally I would use the same pressure...
That would depend on the load index being identical.
