Just disable the wear indicator in vadgecom.  :happy2:

just going to say the same

Hurdy:
I'd rather repair than simply disable it.  although for now I think I'll do it to get rid of the annoying light!!
Is there a way through VCDS that I can decipher which sensor it is?

candy turbo:
i know a way of getting rid of the light for now , place a small square of black insulation tape over the light !!!!!!!!

bacillus:
iirc there isn't a sensor as such as all that's detected is whether the circuit is open or closed.

An open circuit will produce the warning light. As you have no pad wear sensor, I can only suggest that one of the wires that comprise the circuit is broken.
