Fair enough, I have indeed, I dream about it sometimes

I look forward to seeing a 'Hurdied' S4 thoigh, we all know the engine will have a rebuild within 18 months (if that long).

Wouldn't an R400 be a little, well, dull compared to your current Golf R?

Msportman:
I haven't read all 200 pages.....perhaps I should but haven acquired my first DSG Edition 30 (my previous two cars were both manual but mapped to stage 2 and stage 1) are DSG gearboxes up to the job on tuning.....particularly stage 2+ as I've come across a few people with the dreaded mechatronic failures.

I don't know much about DSG boxes but mine was services at 29k and is now on 41k but I'm deliberating whether to leave it OE as I already have a track car.

Was thinking about usual upgrades but it's a 6-8k investment to do the stage 2+ with KW's diff, brakes and sticky rubber for track excursions.

Your thoughts

Ian

Hurdy:
Stage 2+ and DSG on an ED30 is almost the perfect match. If your car is ok now then it should be ok at stage 2+.
