Looks like standard GTI splitter which has been painted  :happy2:

Does indeed look like a standard one, Votex ones are similar mind... few threads on here about splitter options mate you should more than likely find your poison in there!

Greeners/MarkyMark's old car had this done if I remember rightly, one of them might be able to post a pic of theirs

Votex ones are completely different, much much deeper at the sides, struts to the bottom of the splitter, and a recessed lip.
