I meant how yours did sit quite high , whereas mine is lower as std.
still want springs or coilovers though

Save up for the Clubsports..you'll never look back....I was all for buying the KWV3's but was persuaded to buy the hand built Clubsports where you get camber adjustment at the front.....very very comfortable....better than stock.

The back has been raised very very slightly now....sits lovely jubbly! :happy2:

KW will recommend these over everything else they sell for road and track.....interesting and helpful info from KW and VWR re these latest kits....get saving

How do you guys with clubsports feel about not having a warranty if I read things correctly.

....Which is partly why I went for the VWR-KW-V3's. I'd forgotten that!

This was one concern I had so I contacted KW direct in the UK who distribute these and they are covered under warranty. They reassured me they were covered as they were TUV approved which would mean under consumer law in the UK they would have to honour any warranty issues. The obvious caveat for any item sold for your car is that soon as you engage in any motorsport or trackday events this would negate the dealer from covering an item under warranty. All garages I have known will always fall back on this clause unfortunately for us.
I can remember a certain garage who had a customer with an engine that was built and 6 months down the line after lots of trackdays it went bang. He went back for a warranty claim and the garage declined. Fair comment if your ragging your pride and joy on track. Public trackdays can put more strain on a car than racing due to the amount of laps you can muster up in 1 day compared to the average race event.

Back to KW's yes they will cover failures which was also backed up by Awesome.

....I can understand the justification on engine related issues but the Clubsports are very actively promoted and sold for use on trackdays! This needs clarification for those who now have KW Clubsports.

Fortunately I don't do trackdays but only laps of Nordschliefe and that's technically just a toll road

@ NEWEY - Thanks - Good news re longevity of VeeDubs :notworthy:
