what spacers to buy?

Hi
I have looked at a few posts on here about spacers and I was thinking of getting some. Does anyone have any recommendations on which ones to get? I was thinking 12-15 mm for the rears and 10mm for the front.

H&R are the peeps when it comes to spacers. Alex at AKS is doing a GB at the mo' on H&R bits and bobs......
