stage 1 plus i have a piper x filter and milltek cat back exhaust! recon's i may get a few more HP if i remove my precat

^^^^ Only Stage 2 now Danny, having a THS FMIC fitted next month (more than likely a LOBA HPFP too) and back to R-Tech the next day to have those mods mapped in.

Niki couldn't really give me the full Stage 2 map as my OEM clutch couldn't cope so I needed to upgrade that too, always something!

Well after a hard drive tonight i have found i have a slipping clutch....bad times

^^^^ It'll only get worse now I'm afraid. Mine was slipping while on the rollers at R-Tech (Stage 2 though) so I knew my goose was cooked then.

Your best bet may be to contact Alex at AKS and see if he's still doing his Group Buy on the Helix clutch set up. Just under £1k fitted for a Helix clutch, new DMF and whatever else parts are needed (I wasn't paying attention) for fitting and labour. Its has a great pedal feel, only slightly heavier than stock and it inspires so much more confidence.

I would expect a stage 2 to slip but not a stage 1 :-(

Its slipping in 4th 5th and 6th under load from about 3000rpm to 4000rpm

I will message alex and the clutch but will.be fitting it myself
